2nd death - treated for infertility in Perth - died 12th May 1989. No autopsy performed. Probable CJD.

3rd death - treated for infertility in Melbourne - died 29th November 1990. CJD confirmed at autopsy.

4th death - treated for infertility in Adelaide - died 17th January 1991. CJD confirmed at autopsy.

5th death - treated in Sydney for short stature - died 21st March 1991. No autopsy performed. Possible CJD.
